I found this while surfing so sharing here it is opera mini next 7with external handler ui...
by external it means that the handler ui is not attatched with operamini7 its working for me....
run 



1- install opera mini next 7 



2- then install handler ui



3- open handler ui n put the trik (as we normally do )



4- save n minimize



5- open opera mini 7 thats it good thing is that u can also change opera mini url...
